A New Chapter for DLZ: Our First Overseas Manufacturing Facility

DLZ is taking an important step forward in its global expansion.

We are excited to announce that our first overseas manufacturing facility will open in Port Klang, Malaysia, with production scheduled to commence in Q1 2027.

Today’s automotive aftermarket requires more than dependable products. Customers also need agile manufacturing, diversified supply chains, faster response times, and greater flexibility in an ever-changing global trade environment.

By establishing manufacturing operations in both China and Malaysia, DLZ will offer:

• Stronger and more resilient supply chain solutions

• Increased flexibility in response to trade and tariff changes

• Improved lead times and more responsive order fulfilment

• Consistent DLZ quality across engineering, testing, manufacturing, and delivery

For more than 30 years, DLZ has supported the global automotive aftermarket with steering and suspension components, including control arms, ball joints, tie rods, stabiliser links, and bushings.

Our new Malaysia facility represents the next chapter in that journey and strengthens our commitment to supporting customers across global markets.
