Process Control & Weld Validation
Critical welding parameters, including heat input, penetration depth, weld bead geometry, and fusion integrity, are continuously monitored through in-process control systems and real-time data acquisition. Process stability is further validated through scheduled destructive testing (e.g., tensile and sectioning analysis) and non-destructive testing (NDT), ensuring weld strength and structural reliability.
